PRIORITY ships within 2 - 5 business days from the date of order (business days are Mon - Fri). Priority Mail has 3 days from the ship date to deliver your package.
PARCEL POST ships within 3 -7 business days from the date of order (business days are Mon - Fri). Parcel Post has 15 days from the ship date to deliver your package.
EXPRESS ships within 1 - 2 business days from the date of order (business days are Mon - Fri). Express Mail has 1 day from the ship date to deliver your package.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns of any unopened bottles within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns will be refunded in full less shipping and handling. For health reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair jewelry, hair vitamins, hair weaves, wigs, extensions, or lingerie.
Corrections to your order must be made before your order ships.

Products may soften or become liquid in the summer heat. Allow products to cool to room temperature before opening. You can cool poducts by allowing them to sit in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Products are natural and made by hand without artifical preservatives so each container of product can have a different appearance from one another and ingredients may seperate. Since this is the tendency of natural products, products can not be returned under these circumstances.
Disclaimer
Each container of Natural Hair Care Product may look difference in appearance and consistency due to the fact that they are hand made and the ingredients are hand measured. Because nautral hair care products are not made with artificial preservatives, products could seperate which would require the customer to stir the product(s). Products could melt or soften in extreme heat. In hot weather, prior to opening your product(s), place items in the refrigerator unon arrival until cool. These are the joys of natural hair care products. If this is an issue for you, please refrain from purchasing.
